Description
Artwork Details: This collage depicts dying flowers (sunflowers, black eyed Susans, echinacea, teasel, and more) on a beige background. The image features the Walter Scott quote, “Death, the last sleep? No, it’s the final awakening.” This image was intended as a reminder that there is beauty and connection even in death. The hope is that this piece would offer solace and support to those facing death themselves or the death of a loved one.
